This interactive EMPATHY EFFECT workshop explores the many positive impacts of empathy and the harmful impacts that judgment and bias can have on people receiving healthcare. We will discuss specific empathy conveyance techniques to improve our interactions and lessen the impact of bias with the people with whom we work.
