Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions is a six week workshop for anyone with a chronic condition. This could include diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, lung disease, and other chronic health issues. No referral from a health care professional is needed, anyone can register themselves for a workshop. Workshops are highly interactive and focus on the following topics:
