Living a Healthy Life with Diabetes is a six week workshop for anyone with Diabetes, in particular people with Type 2 and pre-diabetes. No referral from a health care professional is needed, anyone can register themselves for a workshop, . Workshops are highly interactive and focus on the topics below.
