Virtual – Provided via ZOOM: Participants will require a tablet or computer with camera and audio, to participate in the ZOOM workshop.
The “Building Better Caregivers Workshop” focuses on reducing stress through the use of practical skills and tools. This workshop helps you manage your caregiving tasks so you can maintain a happy, fulfilling life for you and your care partner.
The workshop runs for six consecutive weeks for 2 hours each class and is led by trained leaders who themselves have experience as caregivers. The workshops are free and run in communities throughout the region. This workshop is being run by the Circle of Care Sinai Health
